Overview:

The main focus of this internship is to assist park staff in gathering data for Zion’s Visitor Use Management Plan. Interns might also assist with park visitor transportation and provide some interpretation of the park’s resources to visitors.

Position Responsibilities:

Selected interns will collect data along trails, at trailheads and viewpoints, and in parking lots.

Qualifications:

The ideal intern would be detail-oriented with the ability to closely follow park SOPs for data collection. Ideal interns would also be able to work on weekends, holidays, or if they have a weekday with no classes (ie, Thursday). We are flexible. Maximum 20 hours/week. If interested, this could be a summer position as well.
